Who we are
This website is run by the Glassplan team, Czech Republic. Questions about your data: hello@getglassplan.com.
What we collect
When you fill in a form, we receive your name, company, work e-mail, company size, current software, your message, and any plan or link you send us. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site keeps your language choice in your browser.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer your request, prepare your Plan proof report, arrange a call, and follow up about our services. Under the GDPR we rely on steps you ask for before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and on our legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Your plan documents
We treat compensation plans and any figures you send as confidential. We use them only to prepare your report, never share them, and delete them on request.
Who receives the data
Only providers who host this site and handle our e-mail, acting on our instructions: FASTVPS (hosting, servers in Estonia), Brevo (e-mail delivery, France), Cloudflare (domain name and e-mail forwarding) and Google (our mailbox). We do not sell personal data.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may be located outside the EU, for example in the United States. In that case the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact. If we sign a contract with your company, the contract’s terms apply instead.
Your rights
- See the data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Have it corrected or deleted.
- Limit or object to how we use it, including for follow-up messages.
- Complain to a data protection authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
Write to hello@getglassplan.com. We answer within 30 days. Visitors from the US and other countries can make the same requests.
Changes
When this policy changes, we post the new version here with a new date.
